RUBI Railtec –Railway Infrastructure Planning and Engineering Experts

Swiss Precision Combining over 150 Years of Experience in Railway Technology

We plan your railway infrastructure and help you build it. In particular, we have vast experience with ballastless/slab tracks and safety installations. Additionally, we select suitable engineers and construction companies for your needs.

If your project is already running, we are happy to advise and support both owners and contractors or take over project roles such as senior construction manager, construction supervisor, coordinator, project manager or site manager even at short notice.

In the digital realm, we support your digitisation endeavours and manage the transformation of your company and its culture. In particular, we help you with implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM).

In any and all aspects related to railway infrastructure and operation, we are happy to provide you with expertises and opinions. We have a wide network of experts from multiple fields speaking almost any European language. Our experts are particularly knowledgable in the fields of construction projects, safety both on sites and in operation, industrial spurs, and mediations.

Our offices in Zürich (Switzerland), Tirana (Albania), and Bangkok (Thailand) allow us to cover all of Europe and the Middle East as well as parts of Asia. Our cooperating partners delve even more deeply into railway and digital engineering, BIM, and legal matters.

Our company has always been different. Legend has it that it all began in August 2014 with the creation of a logo for Thomas Rubi’s own company, which neither existed nor was planned. Thomas helped a graphic designer friend with her move and received a logo, letters and business cards as a thank you. The latter were brought into circulation, whereupon the telephone soon rang with a first inquiry. In a hurry, a company matching the corporate design was founded in February 2015.
In the meantime, 50 employees, three international locations and seven joint ventures have followed in order to provide our customers with comprehensive support in all rail-related projects. Worldwide.
