Research into the Optimisation of Passenger Rail
A particular focus of netwiss is on the railway sector and more specifically the optimisation of passenger vehicles for rail. netwiss builds on extensive experience and 20 years of intensive research, with data from more than 400,000 passengers in Europe on: the carrying of luggage; behaviour on trains when looking for a seat; behaviour when storing luggage and behaviour during the journey, as well as from more than 20,000 people when boarding and deboarding the train. We also have survey feedback from more than 60,000 passengers relating to their requirements and difficulties when travelling by rail.
