Air Conditioners (A/C) for Locomotives
Our air conditioners for locomotives offer a unique Modular Design for easy operations during the Maintenance or Replacement of a component. Each component is lightweight, offering easier installation and lower labor cost to the installer. This locomotive A/C unit has 72VDC power and no inverter.

Graphics (Interior / Exterior) for Rail Cars and Locomotives
INPS’ Transit Division is the leading manufacturer of Interior graphics for passenger rail cars. INPS offers a large range of custom interior components for the International rail vehicle industry. Braille and raised letter plates, braille signage, passenger car labels, passenger safety pamphlets for train cars, laser etched labels, locomotive control panels, advertising frames, instructional and safety signage for new or refurbished railcars. INPS manufactures high quality, reflective and non-reflective exterior graphics; from full vehicle wraps to safety decals and name plates. Exterior graphics include stock and custom exterior graphics for passenger cars and locomotives.
High Performance Photoluminescent (HPPL) Decals for Passenger Rail Car Egress
INPS FIREFLY has developed turnkey solutions that include Emergency Signage for Egress/Access of Passenger Rail Equipment. INPS’ High Performance Photoluminescent decals not only comply with the latest industry standards, but have set the bar in HPPL decals. The end result is a durable and easy to clean decal which meet or exceeds rail car regulations providing clear and concise directions in the case of an emergency. In consultation with industry leaders, FIREFLY addresses the needs of safe evacuation from rail cars, buildings or transportation corridors.
Low-Location Exit Path Marking (LLEPM) for Passenger Rail Vehicles
INPS FIREFLY addresses the needs of safe evacuation from rail cars and transportation corridors. INPS works closely with many mass transit car builders and transit authorities to design, engineer and manufacture luminous egress systems that work both functionally and financially. Our LLEPM (low-location exit path marking) products are manufactured using the highest quality glow in the dark materials in terms of durability and safety. They are suitable for new or existing rubber, carpet floor coverings and walls. LED-charged Emergency Exit path markings are also available.
Signal Case Protection Systems for Railway Infrastructures
The system permits replacement of a deteriorated signal case in as little as four hours without the need to disconnect electrical relays or circuits. By using this process, trains travel freely on the affected tracks while the work is underway and the elements of risk and expensive track slowdowns are completely eliminated.
Sound Damping for Locomotive Cabs

INPS thermoforms (vacuum forms) parts and accessories for train interiors. Parts include window friezes, wall panels, window panels, cove panels, ceiling panels and much more. We work with single level trains, bi-level trains and Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) interiors. INPS offers material, texture, color and finishing options.
