Dual Inventive was founded in the Netherlands in 2008 as a technology solutions-based company. ZKL 3000 RC (Remote-Controlled T-COD)

The ZKL 3000 RC is a Remote-Controlled Track Circuit Operating Device designed to provide additional protection to track workers from trains. It has high safety reliability and maximises track access efficiency.

When the device is activated, it simulates a train in a section of track, causing the track circuit to show ‘occupied’, holding the protecting signal to red.

The device is operated remotely by using MTinfo 3000 app independent of the signalling system. MTinfo 3000 provides the user with real-time information to help monitor and control the devices set within a project, giving reassurance that the protection remains in place.

Once the ZKL 3000 RC is installed, it can be operated remotely, eliminating the need to enter the track to install and remove protection in place.

CRM 3000 (Critical Rail Monitoring)

The CRM 3000 monitors rail temperatures. The sensor uses the latest low-power NB-IoT connectivity technology to transmit temperature data to our Cloud-based Business Information system and App named Insight.

The CRM 3000 has a magnetic fixing which means it can be attached to an object effortlessly and can be moved easily if required.

By connecting the CRM 3000 to Insight platform via NB-IoT technology, it gives the user instant access to our online platform to monitor and analyse the data.

Thresholds can be set to alert the user once the temperature breaches that threshold allowing the user to take necessary action. Any data collected is safe and secure via a worldwide secured network.

RSS 3000

The RSS 3000 is a Remote Safety Switch that interfaces with railway signalling and power systems to create safe work zones, enabling track workers to carry out maintenance work safely. 

The RSS 3000 is operated via MTinfo 3000 cloud platform. It can either manipulate signals and points or activate traction power grounding, depending on the application. This flexibility makes it a powerful solution for enhancing safety during maintenance or emergencies.

RDI 3000

The RDI 3000 is a Remote Detonator Installer designed to clearly mark the boundary of an on-track worksite. It provides a highly visible red stop signal and an audible warning (via detonator) at the limit of the safe zone. Used in conjunction with the ZKL 3000 RC remote-control T-COD, the RDI 3000 adds a second layer of protection for track workers.

Solar NRG 3000 Plus

The Solar NRG 3000 Plus is a solar-powered charging system designed to keep our wireless safety devices running longer in the field. By harnessing solar energy for rail equipment, this unit continuously recharges the batteries of devices like the ZKL 3000 RC, eliminating frequent manual battery changes. In short, it provides an off-grid, sustainable power source for your trackside equipment, greatly extending their operational uptime.

MTinfo 3000

MTinfo 3000 is a secure, cloud-based platform designed to monitor and control Dual Inventive’s safety devices (up to SIL-4). It acts as the central hub of our IoT solution, protecting track workers and reducing transition times between work and live rail traffic. 

Easily accessible via web or mobile app, MTinfo 3000 allows users to set up and supervise protection zones from anywhere, making railway maintenance better, faster and safer.

RCS 3000

The RCS 3000 is a Remote-Controlled Railway Signal that secures the railway by replicating a red-light signal in track. It creates a safe working environment for track workers and protects both the worksite and railway equipment.

The RCS 3000 can be installed on a railway track either as a semi-permanent installation or on a project basis. It is used with authorisation when a protection zone needs to be secured and is predominately installed in sidings.

Refresher Training

Dual Inventive provides ZKL 3000 RC Refresher Training to help with skill fade amongst track workers.

During the session, users learn:

• how to conduct a function test
• install and operate the device
• monitor the device both manually and remotely using our cloud-based platform MTinfo 3000 
• install a ballast box
