RADS Series Wheelset Presses
Our horizontally acting double-cylinder wheelset presses of the RADS series are the specialists for pressing wheelsets for rail vehicles, no matter whether the task is to work on trailing wheelsets with our without brake discs, drive wheelsets for railcars or wheelsets for locomotives with gearboxes and/ or traction motors. Our RADS wheelset assembly presses guarantee high productivity due to fully automatic pressing process, supported with various loading and unloading concepts and individual, optimally matched accessories. The pressing tools are easily displaceable and mounted to be protected against soiling. Our machines guarantee high energy efficiency due to a patented demand-controlled hydraulic system. Our certified, particularly practice-oriented safety concept ensures operator safety at all times.
Additional Machine Equipment
But we are not only a manufacturer of wheelset assembly presses. As a solution provider, we also offer a variety of additional equipment to make our machines more productive and efficient. Our machine concepts can be enhanced with different pre-assembly stands, high pressure pumps and different loading and unloading units such as simple wheelset transport carriages, automated wheelset manipulators, heavy-duty transport carriages or overhead crane systems. If desired, we can also automate the entire wheelset production line as a general contractor.
Experience You Can Rely On
