Rail Wellbeing Live‘s Wellbeing Wednesdays take place on the first Wednesday of every month.
Take part in Wellbeing Wednesdays monthly. Like the main event, the livestreams are free to join and will cover a range of topics from happiness and fatigue to the benefits of laughing during yoga.
