Rail Wellbeing Live’s Wellbeing Wednesdays return! They’ll take place on the first Wednesday of every month from 2nd December 2020.
Take part in Wellbeing Wednesdays monthly. Like the main event, the livestreams are free to join and will cover a range of topics from happiness and fatigue to the benefits of laughing during yoga.
Rail Wellbeing Live 2020 might be over, but our goal to improve health and wellbeing in the industry has only just begun.
Over 10,000 people attended the virtual event that was hosted by wellbeing experts, rail people and a few famous faces. It was inspiring to see so many members of the railway family committed to leading a healthier life.
