MAFEX Services
- International Promotion – through the activities and services offered by MAFEX focused on the international promotion, we intend both to foster collaboration amongst partners and contribute to the identification of new business opportunities, by reinforcing the sector’s positioning. For this purpose, the organization of Direct and Inverse Trade Delegations, group participations in the main railway trade exhibitions worldwide, and the creation and implementation of in-house services such as Colabora+ or SIE, market intelligence oriented platform.
- Market Intelligence – Through our sectorial knowledge and external promotion, we have techniques and methodologies of market analysis to respond quickly to our associated companies demands. By managing the information flow of the sector, the approach of market trends can be determined, thus offering information with high strategic value for our associates’ planning and decision-making processes.
- Trade Policy – Being aware that trade of both goods and services significantly contributes to greater sustainable growth and job creation, within MAFEX we follow with special attention the negotiations of EU Trade Agreements with third parties. It is our belief that in order to create new business opportunities and overcome trade barriers, it is necessary to observe defence instruments closely, and ensure effective protection of the interests of our sector, avoiding unfair practices. We also pay special attention to different topics which impact on the rail industry, such as Brexit or the EU’s multi-annual funding framework.
