FEATI University was founded in 1946 and is a private educational institution designed to produce pilots, mechanics and maintenance professionals.

FEATI promotes a curriculum that includes the full spectrum of engineering, maritime, business and arts courses. Extensive links with industry and commerce reinforce the training and formation of students. The University has set its sights on becoming a leading academic institution for railways engineering and railways technology, using two train coaches donated by Tokyo Metro Co. Ltd as a training tool.
