Flexibility of ARCOSYSTEM® on Full Show

The flexibility of our elevated cable management product ARCOSYSTEM® was clear for all to see during a recent installation across difficult terrain in Germany.

The project was to install the lightweight, robust troughing along a challenging route at a railway line near the small village of Werbig, east of Berlin.

The troughing was required to run up the embankment, underneath the track, and then down the embankment on the other side. This would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, with ground-based troughing because of the terrain, but with the elevated ARCOSYSTEM® the job was completed along the testing slopes expertly and efficiently.

Our easy-to-handle ARCOSYSTEM® is made from pultruded troughs and lids, supported by a bespoke range of laser-cut bracketry to ensure flexibility and robustness. Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, it provides long-lasting protection to the cables it contains, thereby enhancing line-side communications infrastructure.

ARCOSYSTEM® is manufactured by our Swiss partners, Castioni Kabelführungssysteme GmbH, and exclusively distributed in the UK by Complete Composite Systems, while the exclusive UK stockist is Scott Parnell. Further information about ARCOSYSTEM® is available by contacting our technical team at CCS.
