Banedanmark Selects Comtest Wireless to Provide Railway Diagnostic and Monitoring Tool
A key deliverable for the Banedanmark Signalling Programme is the replacement of all signalling on the Danish railway network with ERTMS. Once fully implemented, Banedanmark expects an 80% decline in signal-related delays on main and regional lines in Denmark.
As part of this programme, Banedanmark issued a tender in 2018 for the provision of a ‘Railway Diagnosis and Monitoring Tool’.
In January 2019, the contract was awarded to Comtest Wireless because they offered “the best relation between price and quality”.
