Our full-service metallurgical laboratory conducts extensive testing and research. From developing weld programs for new rail types and chemistries to investigating weld performance, our lab helps accelerate innovation in flash-butt welding.
Engineers, metallurgists, programmers, and operators work together with the data provided by Intelliweld® to constantly improve. Research and data from our fleet are reviewed to ensure optimal welder performance and directly inform updates to the control system, welder heads and MobileWelder® designs.
