Product Launch

ASC’s portfolio will be extended to accommodate a new product launch. ASC will add to its range of solutions in capacitive sensors by now manufacturing piezoelectric accelerometers. The new products are perfect for condition and structural health monitoring in mass industrial applications. The piezoelectric accelerometers will deliver a targeted solution for transmissions system monitoring in the wind power industry.

There will also be the launch of a highly enhanced range of of gyros and IMUs, featuring new technical specifications which allow for highly accurate measurements. Its new website was also launched at the end of March 2016 to showcase the range of products and services ASC offers, including in-house maintenance and calibration at its own laboratory. It also enables customers to contact ASC’s experts directly.

Renate Bay, Managing Partner at the company, said:

“We are delighted to mark ten years of ASC. We have offered our customers tailor-made products and customised services from the beginning – with great success. Last year we achieved record sales and were able to expand our highly specialised team. We are now looking forward to the future with excitement and are happy to launch a new series of sensors this year.”

New Offices

In line with ASC’s growth, the company will relocate to larger business and production premises in Pfaffenhofen, taking on new staff in production as well as an experienced applications engineer. In addition, the USA and Canada office will continue to strengthen ASC’s international presence.

This year, ASC will improve its dialogue with customers and partners by participating in numerous symposia and trade shows, showcasing its range of products. Among the events it will participate in are Sensor+Test, Nuremberg on 10–12 May, WindEnergy, Hamburg on 27–30 September and the DVM Conference on Structural Durability, Steyr, Austria, on 12–13 October.
