World Passenger Festival Will Be Live in October!

World Passenger Festival is back to its live edition this October, reuniting the global public transport operators to discuss the transformative era of mobility.

Taking place on 5th-6th of October, at The Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, the World Passenger Festival brings together over 100 speakers for two packed conference days.

Transport has undeniably been one of the sectors worst hit by Covid-19. Operators are now looking towards the recovery from the pandemic and are working hard to develop services that make it clear to the public that a return to public transport is not only safe but also an easy choice.

These important topics are in sharp focus for the 2021 conference edition.

Key themes include: sustainability, customer experience, digital platforms and e-commerce, revenue management & pricing, smart ticketing, future of payments, digitisation and integrated & smart mobility.

Join the two days of the conference and the global public transport operators to shape the future of travel.
