FEROCO further works on the E-30 line

FEROCO′s further works on the E-30 line

FEROCO S.A. has signed a contract with PKP Polish Railways to modernize railway infrastructure on E-30 Wroclaw – Opole section. The contract amounts to over EUR 7 million.

The contract was put out to tender in March 2012. It covered “Rebuilding and modernization of the E 30 and C 30 line at Legnica- Wrocław – Opole section” – the route Opole Groszowice – Opole Wschodnie km 0,554 – 4,9000 on the C- E 30 line No 277 Opole Groszowice – Wrocław Brochów together with ancillary works. Under the evaluation of bids FEROCO’s offer of PLZ 29970128,40 gained the best note.

The scope of works includes design and construction works i.e. track and drainage works, railway automation and telecommunication machines, road structures, traction network and power supply.

The contract was signed on July 4, 2012. The works are expected to be finalized in the autumn 2013.
