The traditional manual inspection method has the disadvantages of high labour intensity, low work efficiency, scattered inspection quality, single method, etc., and the data gathered through manual inspection cannot connected to the management information system in an accurate, timely manner.
Our intelligent inspection robots are equipped with different mechanisms to meet the needs of different scenarios. They use image intelligent recognition and analysis, deep learning, multi-sensor fusion as well as other technologies, and are optionally equipped with metre intelligent recognition and infrared temperature measurement, high-definition image recognition, partial discharge detection, gas leakage monitoring, noise pickup and analysis, environmental temperature and humidity, and other functional modules to achieve full coverage monitoring of equipment. They then analyse inspection data through a centralised monitoring platform.
