Rail Grinding
The RailTechnology ST (Silent Track) rail grinding technology is a highly productive mobile rail treatment technology designed to keep rails in shape and remove rail surface irregularities and defects on both mainline and urban railway systems.
The innovative spark and dust-free technology is capable of removing corrugations, waves, and other near-surface defects in rails thereby achieving a high-quality rail surface allowing for significant reductions in rail traffic noise emissions.
ST grinding technology can be integrated within compact modular units in a variety of configurations. ST wagons can be towed behind a variety of rail-mounted or road-rail vehicles or alternatively, they can be combined into 2-3-4 car self-propelled ST grinding train configurations with up to 24 grinding stones. Regular treatment of rails with ST grinding technology will extend the life of rails significantly.
Track Inspection Vehicle
The RailTechnology RT-I is a compact and state-of-the-art self-propelled rail-bound vehicle suitable for carrying out surveys, inspections, or measurements on a variety of mainline and urban railway systems.
The onboard hybrid power technology allows for emission-free running and is therefore extremely suitable for use in densely populated areas and tunnel/underground environments. The RT-I allows for the installation of a large number of measuring systems but can also be used for carrying out track surveys or moving equipment to and from worksites with the use of additional flat cars.
Multi Purpose Power Cars
The RT-PCH is a compact and state-of-the-art self-propelled hybrid rail-bound vehicle suitable for providing traction and power to various types of working vehicles on a variety of mainline and urban railway systems. The RT-PCH allows for emission-free operation in densely populated areas and tunnel/underground environments. The RT-PCH allows for towing multiple working vehicles/wagons to and from work sites. The RT-PCH is capable of running in tandem operation.
