What you get to do in this role:
- First point of contact for all technical calls & any other customer queries.
- Assist customers with initial setup with their products, including installation at the customer premises.
- Assisting the Operations department with Collecting devices with issues/for servicing. Working closely with the
- Operations and Manufacturing Team
- Device set up on Yeltech systems – Support for Operations – (Text Local, YelCloud, Plivo, etc.)
- Responsible for cases/customer complaints on CRM/Monday.com and tracking fully.
- Quality Engineer role – Putting the company through ISO audits.
- Customer’s product installations – sometimes out of hours – observing and taking part in installations.
Requirements:
- Display a positive team ethic
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and polite in frustrating circumstances.
- Analytically minded for problem solving.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and to assume responsibility without direct supervision.
- Fluent in English
Desired – Educated to degree level or similar technical background.
