The 17th Shanghai International Exhibition for Intercity and Urban Mass Transit (Rail+Metro China 2024) is hosted by the Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai, Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd., and the China Local Railway Association, with the joint hosting of the Shanghai Transportation Trade Association. It is a professional international exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, covering the railway and urban rail transit fields. After 22 years of development, the exhibition has become an authoritative platform for trade procurement and brand expansion for rail transit enterprises in China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Urban Rail Transit Owner Site Visit of Rail+Metro China 2024
Within the context of global economic integration, the development of rail transit is not only a national necessity but also an important link for international cooperation and talent exchange. The healthy development of the rail transit industry requires collaboration and knowledge and technology sharing among experts and enterprises from around the world. At present, with the Chinese domestic rail transit equipment market, mainline railway construction, and railway operation rights fully liberalized and foreign investment thresholds further lowered, the Organizing Committee of Rail+Metro China 2024 will organize a urban rail transit owner site visit activity for Chinese and foreign guests in the rail transit industry during the exhibition. The delegation will conduct research and inspections at Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Shentie Investment Co., Ltd., including their completed and ongoing projects.
This visit will provide foreign guests in the rail transit industry with a unique perspective to understand China’s rapid progress in the field of rail transit and help guests from abroad gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics and needs of the Chinese market.
