Construction has now begun on Metrolinx’s new Caledonia GO Station, located on Eglinton Avenue just west of Caledonia Road.

The new, fully accessible station will aim to create a key transit connection within the city, as well as reduce overall congestion.

Once completed, the station will directly link GO passengers to both existing TTC bus routes and Line 5 Eglinton (Eglinton Crosstown LRT).

The station will utilise a west platform with a snow melting system, platform canopies, heated shelters and digital signage.

The space will also be able to accommodate up to 64 bicycles in dedicated spaces, with a new pedestrian tunnel set to link the west platform to Bowie Avenue, with the York Beltline set to provide a route to the station’s east side.
