Dutch rail infrastructure manager, ProRail, has said that within a few years, there will be no more public unguarded level crossings in the Netherlands.
We spoke to Martin Gallagher, the UN Safety Committee Chair & Director Global Level Crossing Services and asked him about the problems with level crossings.
