Malaysia Airlines has unveiled a new codeshare partnership with SNCF Voyageurs which will seek to enable seamless rail and air connectivity between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and 28 railway destinations across France.

Offered under SNCF Voyageurs’ TRAIN + AIR Product; the partnership will offer integrated air and rail services in one single connected journey, allowing Malaysia Airlines customers travelling into Paris Charles de Gaulle the option to extend their journey beyond the airport to major French and regional cities via France’s high-speed rail network.

Through this partnership; Malaysia Airline will place its marketing code on a number of SNCF-operated rail services under AccesRail’s IATA code ‘9B’, allowing prospective customers to book rail segments as part of their onward itineraries via CDG.

Bryan Foong, Chief Executive Officer of Airline Business from Malaysia Aviation Group, said:

This partnership with SNCF Voyageurs represents a key step in advancing our broader strategy to deliver truly seamless, end-to-end connectivity for our customers across Europe.

By integrating air and rail under a unified travel experience, we are extending our network reach beyond CDG to 28 destinations across France, enhancing connectivity, while offering customers greater convenience through seamless connections and a single itinerary.

Tickets will be available to purchase starting on 10 July.
