Keyline has relocated its National Rail Division to new premises in Northfleet, Kent to accommodate a significant increase in demand for civil engineering and specialist products from across the rail industry. The division has experienced growth of more than 35per cent over the past 12 months, so the office development will support the ongoing expansion of the business and help better serve the needs of its rail customers.

The Northfleetsite will house Keylines National Rail Office, which provides a single point of contact for all rail projects to ensure a convenient and flexible solution for all order, product, stock management, and technical expertise requirements. A new and expanded telephony platform will enable the company to deliver high levels service and provide dedicated and centralised 24/7 customer response.

Richard Wade, Rail Sector Manager at Keyline said: We have seen considerable expansion over the past year so needed an office that would better support our strategy moving forward. The move will enable us to expand our sales and technical support team over the coming months, as well as ensure we have the necessary technology infrastructure in place to provide the service our customers have come to expect.
