EnerMech has officially been awarded a new contract by Parklife Metro to support the construction and commissioning of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project.
The work, which will be delivered by EnerMech’s Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions (I&I) business line, will focus on the electrical scope and ensure the implementation of safe, compliant and controlled energisation activities during construction and commissioning.

This will include authorised isolator and high-voltage switching support, as well as associated permission to work and permit control officer services.
The award marks another milestone for EnerMech’s Australian presence in the infrastructure sector, with this project set to be delivered by a locally based team in Sydney in order to leverage existing workforce capability and long-term regional expertise.
Currently, EnerMech supports Transport for New South Wales through works on Metro Trains Sydney, as well as the Great River City Light Rail (Parramatta Light Rail.
