Emeg® Group Welcomes Adam Connell as Commercial Director

Please join us in welcoming Adam Connell to the Emeg Group as Commercial Director, with responsibility for the commercial management of projects undertaken by the business, developing our commercial processes and working closely with our in-house teams and clients to ensure projects are managed in a proactive manner.

Adam is an experienced commercial leader having spent the majority of his career in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) services sector, with many years working for NG Bailey where he was Commercial Director for the Northeast and Yorkshire and Northwest regions.

We are delighted to announce that Adam joins Emeg Group as our Commercial Director, covering the UK

Adam has also managed several notable projects including an £87m MECD project for University of Manchester, a £120m project for Whiston & St Helens PFI Hospital, and the £37m RAF Lakenheath project.

A valuable addition to our growing team of time-served rail experts, Adam holds qualifications in Construction Law & Management, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and an NEC Project Manager accreditation. Adam has a proven history of successfully leading commercial teams and projects across a broad range of industry sectors, with an emphasis on negotiating contractual arrangements with clients directly and also with main contractors.
