ZSSK Cargo has been contracted to provide dispatch, reporting, and the coordination of empty wagon positioning for vehicle loading. It was awarded a score of 95 out of 100 in the manufacturer’s supplier evaluation process, which aims to assess both technical procedures and process maturity.

The contract also covers the management of rail movements between the factory siding and Valaliky station, as well as transit to the Košice railway hub, and becomes the latest in a line of service tenders awarded to ZSSK Cargo for such operations. Elsewhere, the company provides logistics services to a number of additional manufacturing plants in Slovakia, including Volkswagen, Jaguar Land Rover, Stelantis and KIA.
