Worldline Interactive Ticketing Solution

Ticketing solution Worldline Interactive Ticketing, was built in partnership with Chiltern Railways to provide an improved customer experience. The machine premiered at the launch of Chiltern Railways’ revolutionary new rail link connecting Oxford Parkway to London Marylebone. The event, which was attended by David Cameron, celebrated the first major rail link between London and a British city in more than a century.

Maximising the Customer Experience

The Worldline Interactive Ticketing solution is designed maximise the customer experience. Among the new features is a 42 touchscreen display, which meets with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) to improve the user experience. It also allows the customer to access live local train information and network maps to give them all information they need to plan their journey.

Futureproof Ticketing System

Worldlines solution is capable of hosting configurable information, advertising and promotional matter, with upgrades and enhancements that will accommodate future technological advancements, for example, contactless payment and barcode scanning.
