The Railway Research Institute performs complex tests of operational load simulations known as Iterative Load Tests. The Iterative Load Tests are performed using Inova Eu 3000 which is a unique electric hydraulic system containing a control unit equipped with an ITRM module. The module can transfer the required operational load to the tested components from data measured during real operation.
VUZ can accurately simulate load in a laboratory environment using iterative steps to achieve conditions as close as possible to the real operating conditions. Both individual components and entire sections of vehicles can be tested with the ITRM system.
The most important factor is time saving, in the real environment individual tests are performed only once, data from sensors however allow us to test components under laboratory conditions for up to several months.
