Train Loading Solutions
Train loading solutions from Schenck Process, provide data controlled, truly optimised and accurate train/rail loading.
Referred to as MULTIRAIL® Train Load Out, the systems include a centralised loading control interface that is connected to inbound and outbound weighing scales for No-foundation and gap-free dynamic weighing of rail vehicles at train load out stations.
How It Works
The inbound scales weigh the empty containers/wagons (tare weight), which are all scanned and individually identifiable. Through the interface, the next process of loading to a set gross weight, can be made accurately and reliably – therefore maximising output and avoiding overloads. The accuracy rates of the final value are to 0.5%.
