On 23rd and 24th of August, TÜV SÜD started the homologation tests on the TALGO ICE L trains for Deutsche Bahn.

The first test is for the safety against derailment in accordance with EN14363, method 1, which is performed on the instrumented curved track in TÜV SÜD´s test center in Görlitz, Germany. It is the first in a campaign of a full set of homologation tests on two trainsets in parallel.
