The company was founded in 2014 by rail professional Steve Derrick, whose 40 year plus career instilled in him a desire to bring together other like-minded colleagues, all sharing a common goal to help bring out the best in clients across the rail sector. All of our consultants bring with them a particular set of skills and experience from many years in the rail industry meaning they can ‘hit the ground running’, which is incredibly beneficial in building trust and getting to the detail quickly.
With extensive experience in the rail industry, our consultants are able to draw on a wealth of experience, from front line operations through to the boardroom with the common aim of delivering expert support and advisory services. Our motivation is to provide clients with outstanding outcomes, by helping clients achieve their goals, through strategic and technical expert advice across a range of disciplines and at all levels from the frontline to the boardroom.
