Successful milestone: Our 3rd International Management Team Meeting at MAE-Eitel in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, delivered groundbreaking results!

When three strong locations come together, innovation follows: with our managers from Erkrath, the USA, and China, we not only reviewed an outstanding financial year in 2024, but also developed forward-looking strategies. The intensive three-day collaboration once again demonstrated that our strength lies in the diversity of our perspectives.

The results of our global cooperation are impressive: standardised US control cabinets now enable flexible production capacities across our sites. Increased component purchasing in Germany is significantly optimising the cost structure in the USA. A particular highlight: the first M-AH delivery to Robinson Helicopter – a milestone in an entirely new market segment!

New successes in the rail industry – including wheelset press projects in New York, Boston, and Utah – reaffirm our direction. Today more than ever, the MAE brand represents global expertise backed by local know-how.

With a strategic focus on the dynamic Indian rail market and promising global prospects, we are actively shaping our future as ONE MAE. Our goal: sustainable growth through innovation and global synergies.

The MAE Group proves it: when engineering excellence meets international cooperation, the result is extraordinary success!
