InnoTrans 2024, which recently concluded, achieved record-breaking attendance and space usage, drawing approximately 170,000 visitors from 133 countries. The event was the largest ever held in Berlin by display area, reflecting the sector’s growth.

Kai Mangelberger, head of the Mobility Division at Messe Berlin said:

“Whether by rail, road or air – the mobility transition is in full swing. Climate-friendly drive systems, digitalisation and the use of AI, new forms of mobility and a new customer experience – there are so many topics here and a great desire for discussion. With our events, we provide the ideal platform for finding out about the innovations in the market and exchanging views on the latest industry topics.”

Mangelberger brings over 20 years of experience in event management to the role, including roles in FRUIT LOGISTICA and IFA, as well as a decade with InnoTrans.
