High Performance Adhesive for Rail Vehicles
With WELDYX MASTER structural, high-strength and at the same time flexible and highly resistant bonds are possible. The 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive in a mixing ratio of 10: 1 is available in processing times of 5 and 15 minutes. Due to the test according to DIN EN 45545-2 / R1 and the fulfilment of the re protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER even fulfils the specifications for rail vehicles with a high hazard class.
WELDYX MASTER is a high-performance adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, composites and plastics. Due to its uncompromising quality, it is specially adapted to the requirements of extensive industrial applications. Bonding of aluminum and stainless steel is possible without the use of a primer – this saves time. Due to its flexibility also materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion can be structurally bonded. In comparison to others WELDYX MASTER scores with a lower shrinkage and two reaction times, that allow the user to bond precisely in the favoured time frame. These features have also been affirmed by the product analysis of the Fraunhofer Institute LBF.
