The unit is the first hydrogen-powered tourist train in China

Equipped with a built-in hydrogen-powered system; the train operates without the need for an overhead catenary power supply and combines both local cultural and tourist characteristics in order to provide a green solution for mobility.

The train has been specifically designed to withstand the low temperatures in Northeast China, and supports flexible configurations of anything between 1 to 6 cars.

CRRC has thus far developed six clean energy equipment industry clusters, including new energy power equipment and new energy vehicle equipment in an aim to build a fully integrated industrial ecosystem.
