Alstom Alstom Bombardier acquisition Bombardier Transportation European Union
Alstom has announced that it expects the transaction for its acquisition of Bombardier Transportation to close on 29 January 2021.
Both parties have confirmed the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals for the sale.
On 29 January 2021 Alstom has completed the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation with a combined order backlog of 71.1 billion euros.
