Step One: Undo the keep bolts holding the wheels in the bogies
Step Two: Position column lifts under wagon and through bogie frame openings
Step Three: Lift wagon bogies, wheel remain behind track
Step Four: Roll wheels out and bring replacement wheels
Step Five: Lower wagons onto new wheels
Step Six: Remove column lifts and adjust keep bolts
