Unipart Dorman Release Innovative Safety Lamp

Unipart Dorman have announced the release of five new safety lamps into the North American market with a distribution agreement with Dicke’s Sales & Marketing Division. Two of the five lamps are solar-powered with innovative back-up D-cells for guaranteed performance.

The D-cell AC4D-NL Type A/C combo and D-cell B4DH-SL Type B lamps feature a separate solar battery cell which is integrated into the lens circuitry, meaning that the D-cells remain a contingency option for when solar insolation has not been possible. The B4DH-SL Type B requires only two D-cells, with a change of battery required only once a year.

The new battery lamps to be released onto the market are the 6V LED Lamp – TLL8S, AC4D-DB Type A/C and the B4DH-DB Type B, which features a D-cell detachable battery base, making it idea for advance work zone signage warning as it can sit at ground level.

Dicke Safety Products are specialists in equipment suitable for work areas and emergency traffic control zones, supplying roll-up signs, sign stands, safety wear, flags, barricade lights and stop/slow paddles.

The products will be premiered at ATSSA National Expo in New Orleans at booth 1127 from 29 January 2 February 2016.
