Capabilities
OEM Fabricators three facilities and 130,000 sq feet (12,800 sq m) comprise of fabrication, welding, machining, painting and light assembly. Capabilities include:
- Fabrication: Laser, flame, and plasma cutting. Tube laser cutting. Forming.
- Welding: Unlimited thicknesses and positions. 114 GMAW weld stations. Positioners up to 25,000# (11,300 kg).
- Machining: Vertical Mills, Lathes, Vertical Boring Mill up to 78″ (1980mm) Dia., Horizontal Boring Mill up to 118″ X + 90″ Y + 94″Z.
- Painting and Light Assembly: 3 Wet Paint Booths up to 14′ x 50′ x 12′.
