The company EnCo was established in 2005 by the founder, visionary and CEO Marcus Heine and became a limited company in 2008. EnCo Software GmbH is a software systems and consulting house and service specialists in highly complex engineering environments. The key components are process and quality evaluation, with project support regarding functional safety of electronic components.
The Next Generation of Engineering
EnCo provides the software product SafetyOffice X2 (SOX2). SOX 2 is a modular tool for the support of the safety focused development process (e.g. left side of the V-model) and comprises server based modules such as Requirements, System and Safety Concept Design (functional / technical safety concept), Hazard Analysis, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, Reliability, Review and Reporting.
Several of the modules have been developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners such as Bosch, Knorr Bremse, Magna, Accumotive, Bombardier, Cooper Standard and ITK Engineering.
SafetyOffice X2 (SOX2)
SOX 2 represents a revolutionary integrated solution in the field of engineering especially for safety projects. This software will help you to eliminate tool breaks in your tool sets, to simplify complex procedures and to reduce your time to market. It has never been so easy to fulfil and trace (normative safety) requirements. SOX2 will enable you to optimize your development process so that you can again concentrate on your core competences.
SOX2 includes the following server based modules, which can also be used as stand-alone software:
- Requirements
- System- and Safety Concept Designer (SYSML) (creating of functional and technical safety concepts)
- Hazard Analysis,
- FMEA
- FMEDA
- FTA
- Reliability, Review and Reporting.
Each module also includes respective standard interfaces. The Requirements module, for example, supports a bidirectional data exchange with established solutions such as IBM DOORS via Rif or ReqIf.
