RailwayTech Indonesia 2027

Railwaytech Indonesia 2027 returns for its ninth edition as ASEAN’s leading trade show for rail transport solutions, taking place from 27 to 29 July 2027 at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta, Indonesia. Organised by GEM Indonesia and hosted by the Indonesian Railway Society (MASKA), the event is supported by Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation and brings together the full rail transport ecosystem for three days of exhibition and conference activity.

The show comes as Indonesia pushes ahead with its 2030 National Railway Master Plan (RIPNAS 2030), which targets a 10,524 km rail network, including 3,755 km of urban rail. Projects under development include Jakarta MRT Phases 3 and 4, LRT Jakarta, LRT Bali and the Greater Surabaya Commuter Line.

Who Attends

Railwaytech Indonesia is a trade and business-only event, with admittance restricted to professionals aged 18 and over. Around 15,000 trade visitors and professionals are expected, including rail operators, government ministries and authorities, rolling stock manufacturers, engineering contractors, consultants and city planners, associations and education institutions.

Exhibition

Around 250 companies are expected to exhibit across 10,000 square metres of net exhibition space. Product zones cover rail infrastructure, railway technology, rolling stock manufacture, rail operations, signalling and control systems, passenger services and components and parts.

The exhibition is co-located with Inamarine and Inawelding.

Conference Programme

The exhibition runs alongside the Indonesia Railway Conference, hosted by MASKA with backing from the Ministry of Transportation’s Directorate General of Railways. The conference connects government authorities, operators, manufacturers and international partners through keynote speeches, panel discussions, technical presentations and B2B matchmaking. Seminars and networking sessions also form part of the programme.
