Rail Live! returns to IFEMA Madrid from 24 to 26 November 2027, bringing together rail professionals, operators, suppliers and innovators for three days of exhibition, conference and networking. The event is organised by Terrapinn and is open to attendees on a free-ticket basis.

The Exhibition

The exhibition floor hosts hundreds of sponsors and exhibitors showcasing the latest technologies, products and services across the rail sector. Attendees can explore cutting-edge innovations and engage directly with suppliers and solution providers from around the world.

The Conference

The conference programme brings together expert speakers addressing the key achievements and challenges facing the global rail industry. Sessions cover a broad range of themes, giving attendees the opportunity to learn from major infrastructure projects and hear from leaders shaping the direction of the sector.

Rail Live! includes structured and informal networking opportunities throughout the three days, including drinks receptions, coffee breaks and one-to-one meetings. Commercial Zone

A dedicated commercial zone covers passenger-focused topics including customer experience, commercial strategy and ticketing. This area draws on the format of the World Passenger Festival, offering focused content for those working in revenue, retail and passenger services.

Innovation and Talent Zone

The Innovation and Talent Zone provides a space for start-ups, researchers and those at earlier stages of their careers. Features include a start-up village, an academic posters area highlighting research projects, and a recruitment zone for those looking to develop their careers in rail.

Site Visits

Technical site visits in Madrid are available for registered ticket-holders, offering the opportunity to see rail infrastructure and operations first-hand alongside industry leaders.
