Brightline has launched its first loyalty programme, Brightline Rewards, aimed at recognising and rewarding passengers for every journey they take and every dollar they spend.
The initiative is part of Brightline’s ongoing effort to deliver a ‘guest-first’ experience and to foster deeper connections with its growing customer base. With 66% of its ridership made up of Florida residents and 72% consisting of repeat travellers, the scheme seeks to further encourage brand loyalty and attract first-time guests.

To celebrate the launch, Brightline is running a One Million Point Giveaway & Sweepstakes. Passengers who enrol by 30 May 2025 will be entered automatically for a chance to win rewards ranging from 500 to 100,000 points. A second chance to win will be offered via the Brightline Rewards Travelling Wall, arriving at every Brightline station by 14 April. Each envelope on the wall contains a prize, from points to discounts on food and drinks.
Brightline is also offering triple points on all eligible purchases for rides booked and completed by 3 June 2025. Under this promotion, members earn 15 points per dollar spent—three times the standard rate.
The announcement was made during an event at MiamiCentral, attended by national and regional travel leaders.
Joining Brightline Rewards
Joining Brightline Rewards is free and easy. Passengers can enrol through their existing Brightline account via the mobile app or at GoBrightline.com/rewards. Points can be earned on nearly all purchases, including train fares, PREMIUM upgrades, parking, and baggage. Members can redeem their points immediately—there are no blackout dates or minimum redemption thresholds.
Additional perks include early access to ticket sales, event announcements, and exclusive offers only available to loyalty members.
Brightline’s new rewards programme is powered by loyalty technology provider Antavo and is part of a broader push to position the operator as a leader in modern rail travel, both in Florida and beyond.
