Bombardier Wins Rail Control Signalling Contract in Poland

Bombardier Transportation, as a consortium lead, has won a turnkey rail signalling contract from PKP Polskie Lini Kolejowe S.A. The signalling technology will be installed along the Polish section of the E59 rail corridor. Work on this line comes to a total value of 53 million, with Bombardiers share valued at 23 million.
Bombardier Mainline Solutions
Bombardier, along with Krakowskie Zaklady Automatyi S.A., will deliver its BOMBARDIER INTERFLO 200 mainline solution of the railway between Rawicz and Czempin. This line is part of the E59 rail corridor that links Prague, the Czech capital, with Copenhagen, Denmark. The contract also includes the required power supplies, telecommunications, CCTV and rolling stock detection systems, with the aim of final delivery in 2020.
