Women in… Summit will take place ONLINE on 15 September 2021. This event is open to attendance to people of all sexes/genders. Zoom will be the platform used to hold the summit.
About Women in… Summit
This event is a unique opportunity to share the challenges for gender diversity across maritime, rail, aviation and transport and to compare best practice. Critically, it will provide a collaborative focus on how to improve inclusion for maritime, rail, aviation and the wider transport sectors together. Gender diversity remains a key priority across the transport and maritime sectors and this event looks to progress that further.
Event Format
Expert panels will discuss their thoughts on allyship, intersectional considerations, mental health and wellbeing and engaging with the next generation. Attendees are invited to join in dedicated breakout rooms to share their ideas and lived experiences.

The event is sponsored by the Baltic Exchange and Norton Rose Fulbright, and is led by KTN and Maritime UK along with Women in Maritime, Women in Transport, Women in Rail and Women in Aviation International.
