RIA’s Railway Interoperability Regulations Workshop will be held as a virtual event on 19 March 2021.
The Rail Delivery Group (RDG), Railway Industry Association (RIA), and Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) invite you to join the RIA workshop on the Railway Interoperability Regulations (RIR) taking place online this year.
This workshop is the third in a sequence of Cross-Industry webinars where RDG, RIA and RSSB are working together to support the industry during 2021, following sessions on the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations (ROGS) in January and post-Brexit standards in February.
It is evident that there are numerous views, opinions, interpretations, and misunderstandings about RIR, its role, requirements, and different party’s responsibilities as well as the future of the regulations. The aim of the workshop/webinar is to ensure that parties are fully informed on the regulations and how they shall be implemented in the future.
You will hear from a range of presenters giving different perspectives from across the industry.
The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session with the speakers.
