Rail Infra Forum will take place on 14–15 March 2023 in Rotterdam.
Infrastructure for sustainable rolling stock.
The event will look at sustainable alternatives to diesel trains, such as hydrogen and battery-powered trains, as well as the necessary advancements in the energy system to progress these alternatives, such as refuelling and recharging infrastructure. Themes include: hydrogen trains; battery trains; refuelling and recharging infrastructure; sharing infrastructure with other modes of transport; impact of alternative population on the railway systems; and policy regarding sustainable energy systems.
