The New Generation of Warning Devices
The newest member of the ZÖLLNER Signal GmbH MRWS family was developed according to CENELEC and meets the SIL4 (Safety Integrity Level 4) requirements. Acoustics and optics with in-built safety redundancy provide maximum protection with easy handling. LEDs at each corner of the housing ensure all-round visibility. The built-in readiness indicators provide information about the operational readiness of the system at all times.
Maximum Economic Efficiency through Best Ergonomics
Optics and acoustics have been combined in a stackable and robust outdoor enclosure. The practical design allows the stacking of 24 ZPW126-10 on one Euro pallet and thus reduces transport efforts and costs. Cordless plug-in batteries simplify battery management and save time on the worksite. Of course, the battery can be changed during operation.
Environmentally Friendly
Thanks to the stepless Autoprowa® (Automatic Proportional Warning) effect in a range of at least 97 dB (AB) and at most 126 dB (A), the warning signal volume is very fine adjusted and thus best suited to the ambient noise level.
Versatile in Use
The ZPW126-10 can act either as a master or as a remote. Up to five remote devices can be assigned to one master. Since the ZPW126-10 is unidirectionally connected to the control unit in master mode, an infinite number of ZPW126-10 can be integrated into a radio group. Thanks to the ERRI interface, the device can also be used as a control for the machines own warning system.
