RF2 Step Ramp

The Masats dual-use sliding step ramp for rolling stock can be deployed as a ramp, a step or a gap bridge and is installed in the floor of the train. The contactless technology offers speedy operation and the utmost safety and reliability.

  • Electrical operation, also allows manual operation
  • Full integration to the floor of the vehicle, flush-mounted
  • Suitable for intensive use: by means of spindle transmission and a recirculating ball-bearing nut
  • Includes system to detect obstacles, people and platform
  • Non-slip surfaces
  • Obstacle detection by means of sensitive edge
  • Presence of persons detection by sensitive floor (>15Kg)
