Hedemora Turbo & Diesel was founded in 1903 and has more than 70 years of experience in engine manufacturing. We are the original manufacturer of Hedemora Turbochargers and Hedemora Diesel Engines, specialised in developing turbochargers for a large range of engines. We offer a complete solution for your application including development, engineering, manufacturing, installation, service, overhaul and testing of turbochargers in our test cell.
Hedemora Turbochargers
Hedemora Turbochargers are designed for diesel, gas and dual-fuel engines in the output range between 1000kW and 4,200kW with a single turbo solution. Hedemora Turbochargers deliver high performance over different ambient conditions in different applications: railway, marine and power & energy. Each type of Hedemora Turbochargers has different configurations of the turbine and compressor stages.

A Complete Retrofit Concept
Retrofit with Hedemora Turbochargers is a great solution to increase the performance of existing engines. We collect all accessible engine data, customer requirements and 3D-scan the engine to get all interfaces with high accuracy. Our engineers process this information to get the best turbo matching and design a complete retrofit kit that can be installed on the engine without other modifications. We have long experience of retrofit on a big number of different engines in railway, marine, power and energy. Successful retrofit extends the lifetime of the engines.
