WiFi SPARK Appoints Paul Hinchy as Head of Transport

WiFi SPARK is pleased to announce that its current Senior Business Development Manager Paul Hinchy, has taken-up a new role as head of the organisation’s Transport Division.

The move comes in light of WiFi SPARK’s continued growth in the UK transport sector, with the company increasing its client portfolio by two airports and five train operating companies over the last two years.

Through a process of effective collaboration with many other industry suppliers such as on-board train WIFi providers, BT, EE, the Department for Transport and multiple Franchise BID teams, Paul has helped to ensure that WiFi SPARK has successfully delivered the pioneering Continuously Connected Passenger Journey and SPARK® Analytics Platform to rail providers across the UK.

The solution introduced by WiFi SPARK allows passengers to stay connected throughout their journey, improving the passenger experience immeasurably, whilst also providing valuable Business Intelligence (BI) data, which rail providers can use to better understand passenger needs.
